the far end of the store. Choose the last ask him if he has anything other than comic books. He will say "I'm glad you asked." and give you a handbook.
Leave the Comic shop and go over to Masks and capes. Talk to the guy to the left. He will give you a super hero ID card and also tell you to pick out a new costume.
If you want to, you can costumize the superhero costumes on the right of the store. After you're done costumizing and everything exit Masks and Capes. Run past the Comic shop and swim through the water until you reach a building with a green meteor in the side of it.
Talk to the prison warden(the guy with the grey air and police uniform).He will give you the prisoner files.Then the scientist.The scientist will give you special handcuffs so you can catch the mutated villains.
Then go back to main street and run right until you see a street sign that says Down Town. Go Right. Enter the bank and confront copy cat. She'll start multiplying.
The last copy cat will drop a smoke bomb. The first copy cats are easy to catch. The ones on the lamps are a bit harder. To get the ones on the top floor take the elavator. Once you get all of them this should happen.
A copy of the newspaper will then flash up:
You will appear back at the Jail. Copy cat will be locked up in her cell. Go back to down town. Go past the Bank and enter the subway. Talk to the Police and they will tell you that speeding spike is on the subway train. Go to the right and enter the subway.
Go to the last cart where speeding spike is stand near the entrance to the next car. He will try to run into you, but when he's runing jump and he will run into the next car. Keep on doing this until he runs into the first car and slips on a puddle. Click on him.
Go to Down Town again then run right and go to City Park. Sir Reberal will be levatatin objects with his mind. Talk to the police man. Rocks will start chasing you. Go right near the bathroom. You will see a moveable rock. move it under Sir Reberal.His own rocks will hit him. Then he will start making the ground pop up under your feet.The ground should hit him too. Get the rock again and put it in the same place. It should hit him and he will fall down, stunned.
You will appear back at the jailhouse. Go back to city park and enter the pulic restrooms.
Go down he hole near the stalls
Turn the red wheel near the entrance to the sewer
Go right a little more until you see another wheel turn that wheel. You should now be able to slip under the pipe and jump onto the ledge. In front of you there should be a door. Enter it.
Rat Man will be there satnding on the other side of the room. Jump up the pipes (avoiding rats along the way) until you reach a red wheel.
Turn the wheel. Sludge will sprikle onto Rat Man and his flies. Rat man will be stunned but the flies will start following you. Jump the pipes while outruning the flies. Try to reach the Rat Man. Once you do click on him and he will be put to justice!
You will appear back at the jail(once again). Go back to City Park and go to the junk yard.
Crusher will be stompng and making BOOM! sounds. Jump up onto Crushers platform. From there jump onto the biggish crushed red can. From there jump onto the tall wooden building(which is really a crane) and press it. Turn the magnet switch off. The fridge should now fall on crusher. But just when you think you've won, crusher throws a fridge at you.
Now You're in trouble! try to get back up to the crane and turn the magnet back on. That will be the end of the crusher! Now that you have defeated 5 villians go to the telephone booth and answer the ringing phone. You have now obatined the Flying power!!
Now you're ready to defeat Betty Jetty. Go to down town and fly up the skyscraper. Betty Jetty will be there. She will fly away saying "bet you can't catch me." Follow her and a mini game will start. Dodge the green glowing orbs that she throws at you. Once you are close enough to Betty Jetty bump into her and both of you will fall. Then Betty stands up and is about to fly away, when Ned Noodle head knocks her down.
Then the newspaper will come up and this time,Ned gets all the credit for defeating Betty Jetty. So the warden also gave Ned Noodlehead the island medallian. So to get the medallion back go to city park,get a Hot Dog from the hot dog stand and trade it for neds medallian.
